Terms of Service

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Ductify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

We provide Discord server boost services with the following terms:

• 1 Month Boosts: Valid for 20-30 days from activation
• 1 Month Boosts: Sometimes 10-14 days from activation (If trial tokens don't renew)
• 3 Month Boosts: Valid for 75-90 days from activation
• All boosts are delivered instantly after successful payment
• Boost keys must be redeemed within 10 days of purchase

All payments are processed through secure cryptocurrency payment gateways.

In case of delivery failure due to our fault, we will provide replacement boosts or store credit.

We offer replacement under the following conditions:

• Boosts that drop within 48 hours of delivery (excluding server bans/deletions)
• Valid proof must be provided (server ID, boost count before/after)
• Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours

Replacements are not provided if:

• The server is banned or deleted by Discord
• The invite link becomes invalid
• You violate Discord's Terms of Service

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide valid and permanent server invite links
• Not share or resell boost keys without authorization
• Use our services in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Chargebacks or payment disputes (will result in permanent ban)
• Attempting to exploit or abuse our services
• Harassment of staff or other customers
• Using stolen payment methods

Ductify shall not be held liable for:

• Actions taken by Discord against your server or account
• Loss of boosts due to server bans or deletions
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
